This afternoon I had the privilege of interviewing science guy, Steve Spangler, for my EduAllStars podcast. I had been looking forward to this interview since we booked it a couple of months ago. If you’re a science teacher you probably know Steve Spangler well. If you don’t, then you need to head over to SteveSpanglerScience.com and check out what all the fuss is about. Steve is the creator of the mentos and diet coke experiment as seen from the video below that was created in 2005.
My co-host, Todd Nesloney, and I got to spend nearly an hour with Steve and talked about a wide range of topics related to science, experiments and passions. Steve even brought in some science demos to show our audience. The best part of the interview was how accessible that Steve was to a couple of teachers. I’m certainly not ‘just a teacher’, but found that even before and after the interview he sat with us to share all kinds of things relating to marketing, podcasting, and his own experience. The full interview is below or you can download it from iTunes.
