One of the more challenging things that teachers encounter at the beginning of each school year is to decipher all of the student accommodations and modifications that a student receives.  The paperwork that comes from the SPED office is generally in a very unfriendly format and often many pages long.

This year I vowed to change they way I look at the data.  I still keep all of the paperwork in a 3-ring binder, but I also created a spreadsheet that lists over 40 accommodations and modifications a student may have.  I can now open my binder and get a quick picture of each student's needs.
